Rebecca Paraciani

Rebecca Paraciani, PhD in Sociology and Social Research, is Post-Doc research fellow at the University of Bologna, where she studies female employment in cooperative organizations and work-life balance policies. Her research focuses on public policies, organizational analysis, and creative industries with a focus on workers and on gender (in)equalities.

She has published in several national and international journals, such as Journal of Public Policy, Sociological Quarterly, Polis and Politiche Sociali /Social Policies.
